Terms & Refund Policy

How it works

• Each offer runs for a fixed time. The more units are booked, the lower the price goes, tier by tier.
• When the offer ends, everyone with a paid booking gets the same final (lowest reached) price.
• To secure a booking you pay a small deposit by bKash/Nagad Send Money and submit the TrxID. The rest is cash on delivery.
• Amount due on delivery = quantity × final price + delivery charge − deposit.

Bookings and payment

• Bookings without a TrxID within the deposit window are cancelled automatically.
• Each TrxID can be used only once. A wrong or someone else’s TrxID may cancel the booking.
• For fairness there are limits per person, address, bKash/Nagad number and device. Trying to get around them with multiple SIMs or false details may lead to cancellation and blocking.

Refund policy

• If an offer fails (does not reach its minimum) or we cancel it, verified deposits are refunded in full to the bKash/Nagad number they were sent from.
• Before your deposit is verified, you can cancel the booking yourself from "My bookings".
• To cancel after your deposit is verified, contact us before the offer ends; we will review the request.
• If you receive a wrong, damaged or not-as-described product, tell us at delivery or within 48 hours with photos/video — after checking we will replace it or refund you.
• If you refuse delivery without a valid reason, the deposit is not refundable, as it covers the delivery cost.
• Refunds are usually sent within 7 working days, and you are told the refund TrxID.

Delivery

Products are shipped by courier after the offer ends. The delivery charge for your area is shown when you book. The tracking link appears on your invoice page.

Liability

We keep product photos and descriptions as accurate as possible. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events beyond our control, but will help resolve them. We may cancel any offer or booking if needed; verified deposits are then refunded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
