Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you — whether you used the website, Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp.
How to request deletion
- Email support@ekshathekini.com with the subject "Data deletion request", or message our Facebook page with "Please delete my data".
- To verify it is you, include your mobile number (website users) or your Facebook profile name (Messenger users).
What we delete
- Your name, address, chat messages and Messenger/WhatsApp ID.
- Push notification subscriptions and login sessions.
- Your account.
What we may keep
Records of completed orders, payments and refunds may be kept for accounting and legal reasons. If you have an active booking or a pending refund, your data is deleted after it is settled.
Timeline
We delete your data within 30 days of the request and confirm by email or message.
